Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 9x13" baking dish with parchment paper. With an electric hand mixer, combine base ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Beat until a dough forms. Press dough evenly into the bottom of baking dish.
In a fresh, medium-sized bowl beat cream cheese with electric hand mixer on medium speed until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, then beat until incorporated. Add powdered sugar and beat again, thoroughly. Reduce mixer speed and slowly pour in melted butter. Pour this mixture on top of strawberry dough base and spread evenly.
Bake for 40 minutes. Cool completely and lift parchment out of baking dish. Cut into 15 bars by pressing long knife in rows. Don't drag the knife! Keep in airtight container for up to a week, but they'll be gobbled up before then, guaranteed!
